Black & White A-Z Letter Project

Part I:
Your next project will entail of the following:
  • You will take photos of OBJECTS that look like a LETTER.
  • Do NOT take photos of LETTERS
  • See samples below of the letter A.
  • You can look up examples online. Some examples you find may show photos of letters, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE for this class and assignment at this time.
  • You and your partner will take your own photos of objects that form letters A-Z.
  • Edit as needed (lighten/darken as these will be SAVED and filtered so it is in black and white).
  • Create a collage using the program of your choice. Put letters in order.
  • Submit to Classroom as the first document

Part II:
You will create a collage sign as shown below using your name, a quote, etc.
  • You will edit if needed to focus on shadows, contrast, etc.
  • Make sure all letters are the same size. You can use any program you want (Word, Docs, etc.). I suggest editing in a program vs. just printing as your letters may print in different sizes.
  • You will glue them on a black poster board and trim it so it fits and is framed.
  • Take a photo and submit to Classroom as the second document
