DUE DATE: Friday, March 6, 2020 end of class.
Final Illustrator Project
Self Portrait/Text Font
Part 1: Wednesday, February 26/Thursday, February 27. You will search YouTube for 'Illustrator Font Design'. Look through the different font videos and pick one that you want to use to write your first and last name. Watch the video (all of these are new to me also, so if there are issues, we will work together to figure it out) and create a font type to write your name with.
Part 2: Thursday, February 27-Friday, March 6. Create a self portrait of yourself. Find a photo of JUST you. You can crop other people out but make sure the photo isn't too small as it can cause the quality of the design to go down.

I will be grading you based on the RUBRIC below.

Create your font first. - copy and paste the link and include it in your assignment comments.
You will then watch the video below to view how to shade to create your self portrait.
We WILL be printing these to hang up in my classroom.

Good morning, due to being home with a sick kid, I am unable to be at school today. Please start working on these Illustrator projects. There are 2 more after this - when I said 2 more, I forgot I had grouped them together in 2 projects. See you tomorrow - have a good day!

Adobe Illustrator Vector 1 Project
Complete the project in the tutorial. You will practice creating vectors from a photo.
Practice your skills: Find 3 other photos do practice your skills with. Create 1 Artboard (do you only have to upload and save 1 document instead of 3)
SAVE THE AXE AND THE OTHER 3 VECTORS YOU CREATE ON ONE DOCUMENT AND TURN INTO CLASSROOM on 1 Artboard.
