- You are a realtor that owns your own business
- Create a Real Estate website using Weebly (Reminder: You can access weebly.com from anywhere you have internet access).
- Your website name should reflect/coincide with your REALTY business.
- We should know it is a realty business by the name of your company and your website.
- Create a Real Estate Open House flyer (online websites, Word, physical poster) - create an event for each of your homes.
- Describe BOTH the interior and exterior of the home IN DETAIL.
- Minimum 18 Interior photos of each home.
- Minimum 2 Exterior photos of each home
- Minimum 5 homes showcased
- You will take 5 exterior photos of homes around the area. Based on the home, you will find interior photos online that go along with your detailed description of the home and the exterior of the house. You CAN make up addresses - they do not have to be the actual address of the house.
- The photos and description of the home needs to be believable
Submission Information:
- In the folder you create to store all of your photos for this project, I would suggest creating a subfolder for your website, flyer/poster/brochure to save and link all of the files. You will submit a PDF version of your flyer/brochure or photo of your actual poster if you decide to make one. On the Open House Document, you will have your website. This link is the only way when presenting/when I grade that I will be able to access your website. In order to get a grade, this needs to be a working link. DOUBLE CHECK THIS LINK. I will grade you based on the information on the rubric below.
- I have put together a SAMPLE of a flyer and website that has minimal information for example layout purposes.
