Week 2 Learn From Home Assignments
Week of March 23-27 Due Date: Friday, March 27 @ 5pm
Hi Guys!!
You did GREAT on last week's assignment. Before moving on to the next set of functions, I've been asked for a little more practice. No problem!! There are 2 more practice assignments in Google Sheets using the SUM and AVERAGE function. The assignments this week are:
* Complete the School Grades Google Sheets Assignment (See info below)
* Complete the Basketball Google Sheets Assignment (See info below)
* Email me when you're done and let me know:
1. How things went for you
2. How your week is going
3. If school is cancelled going forward, which media would you like to use to "meet"? Google Hangouts, Zoom, or Skype? What are you using in other classes?
School Grades Assignment: This assignment is a review of the SUM and AVERAGE functions. You are shown how to use division to calculate percentages for grades. Basic formatting is reviewed, you'll use the Paint Format button. You will also create a second Report Card tab that displays overall grades for specific subjects. You'll also use the Fill Down option. This is great so you don't have to retype!

Basketball Google Sheets Assignment: This lesson takes it to the next level (similar to the Smoothie Assignment). Here you will enter some fictional data for NBA player and calculate things such as Field Goal %, Free Throw %, Rebounds Per Game and Points per game. You'll use some order of operations (that is shown in the link below).
