Week 7 Learn From Home Assignments
Week of April 27-May 1 Due Date: Friday, May 1 @ 5pm
This week you'll start your Horror Movie! In groups of 4, you'll create a one of a kind movie, movie jacket and movie trailer. Before you being, you will need to plan out what you'll be doing, what you'll be wearing, what props you'll use and much more. View the details below.
The planning document mentioned in the document will be due at 5pm this Friday. Have one group member submit to Classroom.
Focus on the planning, designing and beginning stages of filming this week. Think about who is doing what. I'd like each person to focus on work on completing one part. Have one person gather the information and type up the planning portion which is due 5/1; another person will be in charge of making the movie jacket. I have included examples below. The group should agree and be on board with the design and final copy before turning it in. The third member will work closely with the other remaining member. They will work on the movie trailer and the final video. The person in charge of the movie trailer will edit and turn in after sharing and okaying with the group. The person working on the final video will share and ok with the group. You receive a grade as a group. Each of you will have the chance to give your input before the final product is submitted.
Weekly communication: Zoom or email. ZOOM will be on Tuesday @ 1:00pm. EMAIL BY 5pm on Friday with how you're week is going and what you are doing to participate in your group project - what's going well and what you have questions on/need suggestions with.
Your final project: the movie jacket, movie trailer and movie itself will be due on WEDNESDAY, MAY 6 @ 10pm. We will watch these together during our Week 8 Zoom.
